# Tally — AI lead organiser for iGaming expos

Tally turns a voice note, a text, or a photo of a badge into a structured lead,
in any language, right inside Telegram.

Canonical page: <https://tallyflows.com/>

The deals you make on the floor land in your CRM before you leave the stand. You
talk; Tally files. There is no new app to install — the front end is the Telegram
chat you already have open, with a web dashboard for the desk work.

## How it works

Six steps, and the whole run takes about eight seconds:

1. **Capture** — voice, text or photo arrives in the Telegram thread.
2. **Read** — speech-to-text for the audio, OCR for cards and badges.
3. **Extract** — the AI pulls out what matters and maps it into fields.
4. **Store** — the record saves to your dashboard.
5. **Sync** — the lead is pushed into your CRM: Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft
   Dynamics, HubSpot or Pipedrive.
6. **Return** — the clean write-up comes back to the same chat.

If something important is missing from the note, the bot asks for it in the chat
rather than filing the lead half-finished.

## Who it's for

Built for iGaming teams working events such as SBC, ICE, iGB and SiGMA.

- **Sales reps** — say it on the way out and it's saved before you forget it.
- **Account managers** — every detail is already searchable, so you're never the
one asking them to remind you.
- **Executives** — you see what the floor is producing while the event is still
  on, not three weeks later.

## Features

- **Fix it by talking.** Tell the bot what to change and it changes, without
reopening a form or touching the dashboard.
- **The voice note stays.** The original audio is kept and stays playable, so
months later you can hear exactly how the conversation went.
- **LinkedIn fills in the rest.** Role and company details are pulled in, so
things never said out loud still end up in the record.
- **Any language.** Send the note in whatever language you spoke it in, at any
event anywhere, and it comes back structured the same way every time.
- **The deal has a history.** Another note about the same company layers onto the
existing record instead of starting a second one.
- **The next step dates itself.** Say "chase him in ten days" and the reminder is
  set for you.
- **Everything is findable.** Every deal has its own file in the dashboard.
Search it, correct it, or export the lot to CSV.
- **Your fields, mapped to your CRM.** Mapping is set per company — your required
  fields become Tally's required fields.
- **Two reps, one lead.** When two people capture the same contact it is flagged
as a duplicate rather than one version quietly overwriting the other.
- **Your data is yours alone.** Each company's data is isolated, encrypted in
transit and at rest, with access restricted and logged. None of it is sold,
shared, or used to train anything.
- **You're recording yourself**, never the client and never the room. There is no
  ambient or continuous recording.

## Integrations

Records arrive as proper contacts, mapped to your CRM's own fields:

**Zoho · Salesforce · Microsoft Dynamics · HubSpot · Pipedrive**

Not on the list? Connectors can be added for team rollouts, and CSV export covers
the rest.

## Two ways to run Tally

**For individuals.** Sign up through Telegram and start capturing leads in
minutes — no approval, no IT ticket. Free for 5 leads a month; upgrade when your
event calendar fills up.

**For teams.** User management, roles and per-group field configuration, with
reporting across the whole team. Connect your CRM once, for everyone.

## Plans

> Pricing on the site is **indicative**. Final figures are confirmed at launch
> alongside Stripe checkout, so these numbers are not settled.

**Free** — €0, forever. No card required. For the rep who wants to try it at one
show before committing.
5 leads per month · voice, text and badge capture · any language in · web
dashboard and CSV export · no CRM sync · 30-day audio retention.

**Pro** — €39 per user / month, billed annually (€49 monthly). For the rep or
account manager who works the full event calendar.
Unlimited leads · CRM sync with Zoho, Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot and
Pipedrive · configurable capture fields · dated next steps and reminders · full
playable audio retention · notes stack onto the same deal.

**Business** — custom, priced per seat on an annual agreement. For the company
deploying Tally to everyone working the stand.
Everything in Pro for every seat · user management, roles and permissions ·
curator view across every user's entries · per-group field configuration · live
team dashboard during the event · onboarding, support SLA and invoicing.

## For teams: what a rollout looks like

- **Curators are the admins.** They set and manage the CRM fields, the incoming
  leads, and the users.
- **The numbers come in live.** Lead counts on a dashboard during the event, not
  after it.
- **It lands in the CRM you use.** Zoho, Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot and
  Pipedrive are connected today.

To talk to someone, use the demo request form at
<https://tallyflows.com/#business>. Usually a 20-minute call, with a reply within
one working day. No sales sequence and no newsletter — one reply from a person.

## FAQ

**Do I need to install a new app?**
No. Tally runs entirely inside Telegram, the app you already have open. There is
a dashboard for the desk work, but the front end is just the chat.

**What languages does it work in?**
Whatever language you speak, type or photograph in — Tally reads it and hands you
back a clean write-up in English.

**Can my whole team use it, not just me?**
Yes. A company can deploy Tally to everyone working the stand, with roles,
permissions and team-wide reporting, or one rep can run it solo.

**What happens to the original voice note?**
It is retained and playable, so months later you can still hear exactly what was
said rather than read a summary of it.

**Which CRMs does Tally sync with?**
Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot and Pipedrive are all built,
connected and working today. Two-way sync, where Tally reads your CRM as well as
writing to it, is next.

**Is my data secure?**
GDPR and SOC 2 certification are **currently in progress** — neither is held
today. PII handling and access controls have been built into the pipeline from
day one.
